IMO, some reasonable chance (can't say it's high though), despite the short amount of time in Singapore.ulsg2023 wrote: ↑Wed, 16 Aug 2023 8:13 amGreetings everyone,

In these global rankings (however valid or questionable they are), it could probably be higher, but it's not for various reasons. To the extent you want to give out PEPs to people that aren't even here, graduates from there would be a decent place to start (without knowing anything else).
Thank you for the response, NYY1 and everyone else. I moved here last year with EP and switched to PEP this Feb. I'll be fine with COMPASS and the company will sponsor my EP if the PEP expires.NYY1 wrote: ↑Wed, 16 Aug 2023 10:04 amIMO, some reasonable chance (can't say it's high though), despite the short amount of time in Singapore.ulsg2023 wrote: ↑Wed, 16 Aug 2023 8:13 amGreetings everyone,

Just curious, why did you start on PEP instead of EP?
I think you need to work backwards from August 2025. Can your current firm apply for more EPs or are they constrained? And how will you rank under COMPASS? I assume you will rank OK based on education and pay, although you work in a high paying industry and there are firm related factors as well.
Point being you need to allow time for a decision on the PR application, and if it doesn't come through then you either need to be able to switch to an EP at your current firm or start looking for a new job. Waiting two years to apply could start cutting it close.
