Ethnicity: Indian
Education: Bachelor's Degree - Engineering
Age: 30
Gender: Male
Marital Status: Married
Visa: EP
Job title: Manager - Data Science
Salary: - SGD 125,000
Total work experience: 9 years overall, 3.5 years in SG

Wife
Ethnicity: Indian
Education: Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Pursuing Masters in NUS (part time)
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Marital Status: Married
Visa: DP+LOC
Job title: Software Engineer
Salary: - SGD 52,000
Total work experience: 3.5 years overall, 7 months in SG

Appreciate your inputs on what else can be done to improve pr chances.

Not too much, frankly. You are competing with your own countrymen for the same small piece of the demographic pie. Can only wish you luck (you will need it).
