not easy to sell! the competition is very strong in this area, and it takes money to brand products.

which they do not have, otherwise they would not be trying to sell it, to unsuspecting individuals like yourself. Many who are convinced by the seminars that its a hot product.

It's MLM probably, keep away from it! if you are wanting to earn extra money try the VOIP sales line, at least it is very easy to convert people to use this method of telephoning, now that quality as improved.

It depends on you yourself.
In MLM there is small percent succeed and large percent fail.
I got friends in MLM also and I see their up and down.
Recently, I was introduced to a subject "how to choose a good mlm company" sorry i forget where it is listed here (business or career section?), I went through and find is very interesting for those interested in MLM to go through and made selective decision.Do not sign impulsely and regret later.
Most my friends regret joining the wrong company and I do hope those interested in MLM can made a right choice. Alway do your own study(product and company) and get the fact right, ok? It is your own effort.
Take care.

I think that in all businesses, only a small percentage will survive. All business have its ups & downs. My hubby is in traditional business himself & we all know of the toll in keeping up with salaries, stocks, rental, upkeeps...& all other expenses thats comes with having your own business. Proberbly after deducting all these, u can still survive, but still being an employee is better because you can eat snake once the bosses are not in town.

So for those considering MLM, my advise is to approach it with total business senses. Although there are not much monthly expenses that I've mentioned above, the onus is still on yourself to set your own target & be prepared to work very hard for a period of time before riping in the benefits that it will eventually brings. It is not a get rich quick scheme & afterall, its your own business.

yah i agree with what Cathy has said, Its very important to choose the right company with the products that have a high potential, besides that its also important that the people who bring u into the business are successful themselves and they are sincere in helping you, and they dun look like they'll abandon u once u have joined them. i also think u shld choose a company that is relatively young but already has a solid foundation, so that u can grow together with the company... and a company that has potential globally and not jus restricted to SG... can't really make it big if the focus is jus local... jus my 2 cents worth from my experience

Good morning,

Neways claimed their products does not contain any cancer-causing agents...carcinogen.Compare to those in the market now.Correct me if I'm wrong.
I have also attended few sales presentation by friends and associates. My two cents are: it only works for those who are very concern over their health and are willing to do a drastic change in their lifestyle.

Because most of the products that are sold in the market now contains some form of carcinogens. So unless you are willing to forgo your Estee Lauders, Johnson and Johnson, as well as most of the products off the shelves, throw away all your non-stick pans, you might as well forget about using Neways products. Bearing in mind, they don't come cheap as well.

Like some mentioned, MLM are a booming business now, it all depends how one perceive it. Some uses the products for exclusive sake, such as variable discounts and return policy, some had intention of making some side-income, whichever the reasons maybe, one has to make prudent decision.

If they are not successful, why then are they so many sprouting out within Asia now especially so in Singapore? Singapore is known to be a very strict country with lots of rules and regulations, MLM business cannot flourish unless the government had done a thorough research on it.

i do agreed with some of the pointers mentioned in this forum. likewise, a year ago my conventional company was looking out for diversification & we wanted something totally different from our current trade. well, with a "open-mind" we attended talks & seminars conducted by the various mlm companies especially from the "bigger boys". and we are now
happily working with our chosen one, base on the fact that it is a well established organisation of 45 years, has a global network of over 88 countries, proven sucessful track record, with credibility, financially stable
plus a whole range of wonderful products from essential household commodity to home tech. most of all, our dollar invested in this new business venture is at an extremely affordable price which comes along with a hugh infrastruture complete with backing & support.

Trix, thank you for your post below. You pointed out some very interesting things like:
- people who bring you in should be successful
- be sincere in helping you, dont abandon u after u join
- it should be a relatively young/new company (in the country, not as a company, just to clarify)
I was very anti Network Marketing and even more fussy about the stuff they market. I know many of the products are good but they would not be things i myself would market? Why? Because it needs to be something which is aligned with how i see my health (and wealth), and it needs to be something that i feel comfortable with.

I've worked in the corporate side for more than 20 years, not in very high level but middle management. Ive always been a team player and i strongly believe in the concept of inspiring, motivating, leading and UPlifting people in my team. I have been 'abandoned' and i know what that feels like. We are all human beings and we all have our frailities and weaknesses. We have reality to deal with like paying the bills, hunting for a job, looking for a place to live, dealing with the kids, etc etc. At the same time we want to earn more or 'extra' money or some of us really want to shine and perform and become "Diamonds" and "Platinums" like the others. We simply CANNOT do it alone.

Not all of us can be gung ho and ra! ra! and 100% motivated all the time. So its the team that helps each other as long as the individuals in the team WANT to be helped.

The people in my team will recieve more than just training in products. They will be able to grow as humans, understand themselves better, thereby understanding others and being able to relate in a better way to friends and family and society.

To me its not just about numbers and $$ signs, or making it up to a certain 'colour code'. Its about you and where you want to be and what you want out of life.

I used to be afraid of the word Network Marketing but I am not anymore. I am making an honest living, I have integrity, I deal with products which ease pain, prevent illnesses, maybe even save lives. I dont make any claims, i just know many people who have been helped with all sorts of ailments from Insomnia to Diabetes.

Now here you have
-a very new company in Singapore
- more than 33 years in the business
- given a very high rating by a certain financial research company
- very stable (no threats of take overs or boardroom squabbles which may leave the company closed and YOU in the lurch)
- a philosophy based on integrity in business and human relationship

As you read this, something or other will resonate within you, and that would be a good sign to write to me and tell me about it. And... tell me why you'd like to be on my team!! [email protected]

Hi, i am now working with an MLM Company.

This company has a strong foundation, and recently this company has just been awarded the "A" Grade License from the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA).

Most Importantly, it can earn money for yourself and change your lifestyle.

Interested, please drop me an email.

Hi Strong Eagle,

In an MLM Company, YOU have to continue to look for new customers.

YOU cannot exist on those existing customers.

If you have this idea, YOU are not cut-out to be in the MLM Company.
