Weight Loss Quickly And Naturally

Post by verityy » Fri, 26 Jan 2007 11:44 am

In celebration of the New Year, the Moderators' Cabal has come up with new guidelines for what's OK and what's not when it comes to commercial posting and advertising. The purpose of publishing this is to ensure maximum information with minimal disruption and so we all know where the edges of the sandbox are, mmmkay?

* No identical or near-identical copies of postings.

This also includes dredging up umpteen old threads and posting messages advertising the same business, even if their contents are marginally different.

- their stomach and colon is not assimilating the food that they are eating properly and are not digesting properly because most pple have a weak stomach and choked colon

- many people are not eating right. One should take 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods

- many are not exercising enough

Some people may also find it difficult to lose weight because their overall cell energy is VERY LOW and thus the body finds it difficult to work at all.

Thus, the best way for losing weight is a detox. I have lost 15kg within 2 months doing and detox and have gained much better health as a result. My sensitive nose is gone and my knee joint ache is also gone.

I have also helped many others do the same as me by offering them suggestions and advice ;)
Hi veritty

Great product for detox

Post by Meli » Wed, 31 Jan 2007 6:58 pm

Hey,

I just detoxed my body using a product which is based on the theory "that there is only one sickness and desease", which is the over-acidification of the body. The products are really great, I feel I have more energy and can sleep better, also lost some weight already. I am not sure if I am allowed to name the brand of the product here... (advertising not permitted, right?). So if anyone is interested, write your email adress to me and I will send you more information.

Take charge of your health now!

No, this is the kind of bullshit pseudo-advertising that I personally hate. You can put the name of the product here, and then give a store that sells it.

As I don't want to put any "bullshit pseudo-advertisement" here, I decided not to join this forum anymore. Is this the usual vocabulary used in this forum?

If'n you can't stand the heat when trying to flaunt the rules, the only thing I can say is bye-bye. We don't need advertisers trying to rip off our valuable posters with the Image you are trying to peddle on the unsuspecting and unwary.

With regards to the subject title, I would suggest following weight watchers points system, although they are not established in singapore, you can still do the online, thingy......It's probably the most natural form of diet control, with excellent results, I believe, and not really a diet, just eating the correct kinds of food.

There is no qick cure for weight loss, it's really a matter of changing your eating habits, and portion size, and little more brisk walking

to lose weight naturally, what you can only do is to have the determination to exercise regularly (mayb climb stairs rather than taking lifts). drink lots of water. have good eating habits (less the supper).

Hi guys,

I personally suffer from constipation in the past. And I learnt from Fann Wong's program on how she detox her body everyday. It's very simple. Just down a big glass of plain water early in the morning as soon as you wake up, and wait for at least one hour before you consume food.

Usually within this one hour, your body will prompt you to release your bowels. This is a very simple yet healthy step to detox your body. It works for me. And I am someone who seldom eats vegetables and fruits..

Can try yea?

whoever dumped that load needs some detox! lol

Ouch!! I did not know humans were capable of disemboweling themselves, LOL!

but seriously, heres your basic diet for free:
-loads of water.
-bump up fiber
-low GI carbs. google 'glycemic index' and 'glycemic load'.
-get enough sleep
-avoid sugary/processed/high sodium food
-read food labels.

-avoid fad diets that tell you to eliminate whole food groups, ie no fat diet, no carbs diet, etc...
-make sure the diet/lifestyle is sustainable.

But hey, thats stuff you already know, right? The key is consistency/discipline

heres a free site to help: http://www.fitday.com/

cheers!
