Advice On Location

Post by SiamJim » Sat, 10 Jun 2006 9:05 pm

Hi,

I'm relocating to Singapore in a few weeks and I need some advice on where to live. I lived in Singapore before around Novena Square and enjoyed it very much. This time, I'd like to try living somewhere that has better/faster access to the airport - not necessarily near the airport - but within a reasonable distance to Orchard/Scotts road intersection.

It will be just me, my wife and our beloved dog (about 12kg) living in the house, and we plan to have a maid. Becuase of the dog, I would prefer a semi-d with a small garden.

Can someone recommend a good place to look that's within the 5K-6K price range?

Houses in Singapore

You can get a nice terrace or semi-detached house with a relatively big outdoor space for about $5,000-$6,000 in the East Coast.

East coast is definitely close to the airport, and not too far from the city ie: 15 minutes drive.

You can contact us at (65) 61000300 or email: [email protected] for a list of recommendations.
