Leaving and coming back to Singapore with IPA Letter

Hi all,

I've just spent a few months looking for a job in Singapore and I have finally had my EP approved. I will be starting on the 12th of June.

Before I start, I would like to take a short trip out of Singapore for a holiday with my wife and I was wondering if its ok to do this with only the IPA Letter (Pass will be issued after the 12th). I've been on a tourist visa so far and I've been here about 2 months (haven't left the country for those 2 months).

Do you think I could have any problems re-entering after my holiday?

Hi!

I am currently working in Singapore and in the process of switching jobs.
My new EP was approved today and I have my IPA in hand (yay!).

Assuming I tender this week - my last day of employment will be 21 Dec 2018 and I plan to fly to India on 22nd Dec.

Wondering if this will be an issue because:
1. Are there any formalities I need to take of? For example return my existing EP/visit MOM for new pass?
2. Can I return to Singapore on 2nd Jan 2019 using my IPA (it is single entry)?

I hold an Indian passport. <sigh>

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!
