i used to be very fat and chubby, my height is 160 and my weight is 70kg before...but after i went to a slimming center.. it have help me to solve my problem and now i become very slim.... only 55kg now...
my friends thought i spent a lot of money on slimming but actually i only went for 10 sections!!!
at first i thought slimming centers are all cheater.. but my mom bought a voucher for me in expo exhibition. I decided to give myself a chance to try out the service since the voucher is being bought..
since i am only a student and couldn't afford much.. the consultant recommend i take a cheaper package which is about 500plus..
They have taught me a lot of way to loss weight as well as the correct way to eat.. they asked me to eat every meal but not skip meal... and i followed their way to eat...
i loss 1kg at my first treatment...
it's so wonderful...
they are not too hard sales somemore very friendly person....
It's so sweet of them...

Ok, this might sound dumb, but i want to understand few things.
What is Detox? Ok i can understand it to the point of saying a mechanism that helps clear the toxins from the body, theoretically sounds good.
But can someone who has really tried it confirm that it works with them?
Also please throw in details. Name, duratin, Herbal / chemical whatever.
Thanks,
Ravi.

Basically it's a healthy case of the shits! It that simple enough? It empty's your bowels and also dehydrates the body. Therein lies the danger of detoxing. If you dehydrate your body too much you are asking for trouble as you are losing water that is needed by the body. (The body is 98% water). Detoxing can cause calcium and other much needed chemicals to leach from the system as well as causing liver and/or kidney failure and other problems like gout and such. It's not an effective way to solve anything except it's good to lighten you wallet and that's about it. As soon as you quit the detox program, you will regain the weight and sometimes even put on more weight. If you eat properly you would not need to detox at all.
