Employment pass for freelance work??

I live in Vancouver, Canada and I'm moving to Singapore on May 25th. I am a freelance personal trainer here and hope to find work over there doing the same thing. My conern is getting an employment pass...I am thinking that I need to find another personal trainer with thier own company who would be willing to hire me, sponsor me, and earn 20% of my income. Does anyone know any personal trainers who might be interested? I have references and certifications etc...

Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today.
