Dear all. I've finally done the surgery yesterday morning 10am with Dr Park!

I had
(i) zygoma reduction
(ii) lower blehpharoplasty
(iii) botox injection on lower jaws

Now, I'm bandaged in a really tight headband, it's so uncomfortable and I can't wait to change it to a lighter one tomorrow. I'm also puffed up like a hamster, praying for my face to deswell

Owell, anyhow, I wont know the results yet as it's only day 2! Here's the breakdown of the pain level:

Zygoma reduction: 2/10 (no pain during surgery as it was on general anesthesia, the only uneasiness comes from not being able to chew properly for the first couple of days.)
Lower blehpharoplasty: 8/10 (it was a trauma during surgery as I was on local anesthesia for the first time. I could practically feel my muscles tearing apart in my eye sockets, and the stiching part and all was horror It was okay after surgery. Just afraid of the scars *prays*)

So! I'm staying at youngdong hotel which provides pickup service to and fro the clinic. But last night as I went back to the hotel at 9pm, Dr park sent me back personally in his car, as the hotel don't provide its pickup service after 6. So really nice of Dr Park! He's a very friendly and attentive doctor I must say.

I'm here alone and no one to talk to on my surgery during this recovery period. Just hope everything will be over soon. Anyone in seoul now, by any chance?

Haha nice. Here's wishing you a speedy recovery. Good that you're keeping positive.. that's one of the most important things post-op. Just curious, why lower eyelid instead of upper?
Breakdown of the cost for the 3 procedures? You should see a huge diff with the botox injections =)

thanks for the wishes! lower eyelids cause i've dark circles problem. i already have natural double eyelids. here's the breakdown of the cost:

(i)zygoma reduction - $4,500,000
(ii)lower blepharoplasty - $1,600,000
(iii)botox on lower jaw - $400,000

i paid in in USD cash which was $4,700USD. it really depends on the currancy exchange rate! it may be fluctuating between $4,500 to $5,300. So I was rather lucky in between! Hopes that helps (:

Read this before considering....

I have read many recommendations about Gorgeous getaways in thailand...
but came across this article:
http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/4245691a20475.html
i will highlight the main point here....
The New South Wales Medical Board has threatened legal action against Gorgeous Getaways, operating in Australia and New Zealand, after it had allegedly allowed foreign doctors to conduct illegal consultations at Australian hotels.

Hmmm...negative publicity for Gorgeous Getaways...they send plenty to Malaysia...seems not enough that they are resorting to these kinds of tactics...allegedly of course...

In USD or SGD

If they are SGD... it would be shocking. 4.5 million for a zygoma reduction? I think the prices are in won.

Hey angeluv,

I was wondering since you got your nose done with Dr. Kao, is it stiffer or harder by any chance? Do you have any front view pictures of your nose?

Thanks! :)

Hi, I'm looking to see if I can find anyone who's going to or thinking about surgery right now, whether for the first time or because of a previous unsatisfactory result. I'm doing some reserach for a film project and any help would be greatly appreciated. Do pm me or reply and we can chat. Thanks

I'll recommend you to go to Singapore General Hospital if you are seeking revision for nose job.

Are you unhappy more on the cosmetic part or is there something on your nose which disturb it's proper function?

SGH plastic surgeons are usually more skillful on reconsruction since they handle many cases of A & E.
hi shiyun
thanks for your answer,my unsatisfied on the cosmetic part, which is looks not normal i think.do you know how much Dr.Woffles wu charge to make a revision for nose job?If just choose Dr.wu to handle,is that okay?

Thanks
