From the past few months, I have been looking for a condo for own stay. I'm planning to buy a condo in North East and have seen most of the condos in that area (which fit my budget <1M). Finally, I have narrowed done my search to 2 particular condos, The Rivervale and Regentville.
My preference is a bigger condo with a bigger unit (3 BR). Also need to have good connectivity. Condo wise I really liked Regentville as it has a modern layout while The rivervale is more HDB looking. But the unit size and layout is fabulous at the Rivervale. Also, The rivervale is close to the mrt, park and grocery stores.
Need your help to know the pros and cons of both these condos and which will be a better pick. Also which of the 2 might appreciate better?
