Holiday camps for teenagers

Post by Sofiasia » Fri, 24 Jan 2014 2:31 pm

Hello,

Is there any organizations (preferably based in Singapore) offering holidays camps for teenagers in Asia or other part of the world with a choice of themes. My 14 year old daughter would be interested in joining a photography or wild life camp with other teenagers from Singapore.
Any advice?
Thank you very much for your lead .
Sophie

Hi,

Check out the websites of big schools like SAS (no summer courses this summer, but next), UWC, Canadian School (CIS) and some other outsourced programs attached to schools. Most things are sports, but search for life skills, arts, and such. Some drama studios do holiday programs, but there is little for teenagers.

I offer holiday programs for teens, but cannot give details as I don't want to be banned.

Good luck with your search and don't give up!

The Australian School offers a large-ish program.

I've heard that AIS offer programs during the summer vacation, ranging from cooking to drama and the likes. I can't remember what the name of the company is, perhaps you can give AIS a call. I'm not sure about how good it is, my friend's child was going for the first time.

Anyway, I'm sure there are lots of other organisations doing this in Singapore, like at the country clubs or community areas?
