Personality, zest, character.

It's curious that they suggest SG has warmth, charm, or character, while smashing down upon anything or anyone with any 'character'.

A perpetual one party, one family state, or somewhere with character, and room to breathe?

No amount of ad campaigns will turn the former into the latter. Only the family who've been in power for 50 odd years can do that.
