I've used Citimap for two local moves and found it to be good value for money (note: I have no affiliation or connection to the company). Once we did a full pack/unpack. The second time we packed most of it ourselves, just asked them to pack the kitchenware. They drop off the boxes a week before move date or earlier if you need. So it was quite flexible and cost effective. Of course you will need to supervise them closely, and ask them to slow down when they go 1,000 miles per hour and you can't keep track of what's in each box.
If your expectation is at the full service / high-end (e.g Crown etc) then this might not be a good option for you, more if you are looking for affordable/value and an acceptable outcome. I dont' recall any breakages/damage, maybe a lost remote control and I'm not even sure if that was their fault or ours!
