PR Approved after 8months

Hi all, I believe alot of people had known me since 2years ago where I tried to apply LTVP for my wife.

Just last year May 2013, I tried applying PR for my wife, and recently it just got approved.

Married: Jun 2012
Children: 1 son
Citizen: Singaporean

Me:
Citizen: Malaysia born Singaporean
Qualification: Diploma (doing part time degree)
Income: $3150 monthly
Race: Chinese
Work industry: IT
Age: Turning 26 this year 2014

My Wife:
Citizen: Chinese
Currently holding LTVP+
Qualification: Pri Sch
Income: $1200 Monthly
Race: Chinese
Work industry: Retail sales
Age: Turning 25 this year 2014

How do you interpret "Malaysia born Singaporean", and why Singaporean needs PR?

How do you interpret "Malaysia born Singaporean", and why Singaporean needs PR?

I interpret it as he is a Singaporean who was born in Malaysia, and the PR was for his wife. Did you read the whole post?

It means he was Malaysian-born who got Singaporean citizenship and he was referring to PR application for mainland Chinese wife only (since he himself and his child already are citizens).
