Moving to Singapore...jobs in Real Estate?

I'm planning on moving to Singapore from the US within the next several months to be with my fiancee who is a Singapore citizen. Are there any job openings in any area of real estate or development? I'm currently a RE student here in the US and will be transferring to NUS to study the same there, so I would love to gain some practical experience at the same time. I have a RE license already, have practiced as an RE agent, and have a strong background in research and report writing if that would be of any help. In any case, I want to hit the ground running once I am there as there will be bills to pay and mouths to feed.
