Singapore Airlines Salary - whats included?

I am currently an british expat in the europe and have been offered a job at singapore airlines. However, the package does not include education/schooling fees or housing benefits. How negotiable is this? I currently have this in europe and am wondering if this can be altered? Thanks in advance
