New Job Salary Lower than Old Job. EP Problem?

Hi, I used to get way way ahead than EP (P2) minimum (think about $5800). I left that job.

My new job only offer way ahead than EP (P2) minimum but is lower than my previous job (think about $5000).

EP (P2) minimum is $4500.

Will there be a problem with EP application?

Old job is a small tech start-up (PR = 5, EP = 9, total 14).

New job is a government university

Seems like you have already quit your job? So there isnt much choice, is there? No one can predict whether you will get it or not. Just hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
