Salary Change Notification for Dependent Pass Application

Hi All,

Could anyone help me with this.

I need to apply for a DP for my daughter born here in SG. But before I could do that My Company told me that they havent notified the MOM with my salary change last June. SO they notify MOM but havent get back to them. They notify them for a month now. SO my question is, how long usually it takes for MOM to respond on this situation?

what do you want MOM to do ? reply that you are eligible to apply for DP ? I doubt they will do .. and they don't take note of pay revision, unless you are renewing the pass/changing pass .. (jobs)

If notified, that's it .. now you get your company to apply, if you meet the pay requirement ..

I am definitely eligible and qualified to apply for DP.

What I asking is how long will they respond for such notification.

and FYI, they do require the employers to notify them when their employees have their salary change.

Nevermind, MOM already called me and inform me that it will be 3-4 weeks before they respond.

yes, they do require employers to notify any salary change, though rarely have I seen them respond.

As you say, they promised to respond, so .. do let us know, when they do respond !
