What do you think the chances like of getting a PR here?

Race: Chinese
Age: 25
Marital status: Single
Gender: Female
Employment status: EP
Education: Bachelor of acct from Australian university
Company profile: Global company
Annual Salary: more than 40k
Tax paid: once, 1k something
Been Singaoore for 18months
Working exp: 18months in sg
