Which Buffet is better for a Saturday night dinner?

The Fullerton Hotel - Town Restaurant: 2; 67%

Hello Expats
I was hoping someone could help me pick the better buffet between The Fullerton - Town Restaurant Buffet and the Ritz-Carlton - Greenhouse Restaurant Buffet on a Saturday night. I'm taking a group of people out and want to make sure I get the best one.
Any comments or suggestions would be great.
