Construction Industry Tender Process

Newbie on the forum and have a few questions on the construction industry here in Singapore.

I have recently shifted across from Site work back into Consulting and as such one of my new roles is to try and get work for the company...

Does anyone have any tips on how the job tendering process works in Singapore and anything else that might be useful...
