Where to find mens summer clothing

Can anyone recommend any stores where I can find good quality mens summer jeans / chinos? Many stores I'm familiar with like uni glo and gap etc.. Stock winter ranges and local brands just seem to make clothes for really thin men.

It does surprise me how much floor and window space Uniqlo devotes to clothing I wouldn't wear within a six hour flight of here (excluding possibly the summit of Mt Kinabalu)
