do u guy have any experience for the complete without medical reports because the medical examination form at the bottom have written.
if i have been submit to ICA/MOM previously within a year ?

yes, .. no need to submit medical if you have done so ..

As of what I know, if you had submitted the same to MOM or ICA within the last 2 years, you would not be requested to submit it again.
