Please help- where to buy 2nd hand men's coat/blazer

hi my husband needs to attend a formal event on friday & he needs a coat, do you know where to buy one? I prefer 2nd hand since he will be using it only once & new ones are quite expensive. thanks..

End date of employment is 2nd July. I will stay 30 days, per usual MoM to tidy up loose ends. I will in fact be leaving Sg mid July.
