Personal loan

Post by craigs » Mon, 11 Nov 2013 12:38 am

Hi all ! I have a big question in mind if its possible to return to Singapore with a defaulted personal loan of 6k in a bank. My husband was under treatment of a serious disease last year and that is the reason why I have a hard time paying them. Now I wanted to apply for a job in Singapore but I felt nervous and hesitant every time I remember my loan. I need your advise or any idea is greatly appreciated. We am still here in Thailand now.Thank you.[/b]

Are you asking if you can return with the intention to repay the loan, or return and not have to repay? If you intend to pay, you should contact the organization you owe and arrange for repayment terms. If they've had the courts declare you bankrupt, you may have trouble coming back.
