yes..i am trying to say that tummitrim is effective for me but i am in a dilemma to continue or not due the the possible side effects eg the pills might be straining our internal body and causing more harm to the body..
frankly i am a new user to this forum but i have read a lot of prev topics on weight loss and i found out that the main thing is pills are harmful to the body and physical workout and diet is most preferred..
just that i am afraid of the weight gain if i dun take pills anymore..
