Other sites ripping off this forum

I was googling my username and found a few interesting things. First off, I found a user's blog blatantly copying and pasting a discussion on LTVPs. It makes me wonder if some of this one-post-and-run wonders are posting questions here to foster discussion solely to steal the content to repost and make money of off?

For example:
http://www.transitioning.org/2013/09/16 ... boyfriend/

The more interesting site though appears to be a content farm that is finding our discussions, and then rating them by whether they're positive, neutral, or negative, how active they are, and then even mentioning which posters were "particularly engaged". :D

http://omgili.com/thread/.0rSU5LtMgy9WO ... SnhjOQw--/

See they do something like this:
Analysis: The sentiment of the discussion, that spans over 3 days, is negative. The discussion is quite engaging and quite controversial. The users JR8, zzm9980, were particularly engaged. It got people interested in the discussion. We think the discussion is interesting.

Awards: The following users won the first, second and third place as most active and engaging users:
First Place 1st Place: zzm9980
Second Place 2nd Place: JR8
Third Place 3rd Place: taxico

The local Birdcage liner has been doing that for years. Some of the local "T" sites of the oppies have also been doing screenshots and/or copy/pastes of our threads as well. Nothing new.

I've had similar revelations before (elsewhere). It is weird when your 2 men and a dog discussion turn up somewhere else.

Isn't his site copyright?

That would only cramp our style. It's good that they do this. Gives us props even when it's negative. Notoriety is good whether it's good or bad. Ask any superstar/movie star/or MTV Crapper.

Such was the foundation of punk: 'There is no such thing as bad publicity'. In fact in that case the badder, the better.
