3D monitors

Post by x9200 » Fri, 25 Oct 2013 6:45 pm

I am looking for a low end 3D monitor (passive) like LG D2342P or Asus VG23... for basic 3D editing. Got tired with red-cyan anaglyph images.

How is it possible that in a country of ~7m people, where all the major manufacturers offer in their respective local www....sg sites 2 or more 3D monitors the actual choice in the shops is limited to 2 models? It's Asus VG27bleble... - good one but pricey and Philips, also 27", white! not a cheapo neither (~$500) with rather unfavorable reviews.

Have you got a graphics adapter that supports 3D because unless if it supports it's not worth buying the 3D monitor.

I don't at this moment but my camera has 3D capability and I can use the hmdi input of the monitor.
Can you recommend any card different than nvidia vision based?
