Unless you are a very famous or reputable person, it is possible to file a law suit against the person by tracking out the person's IP address. Just my few cents.

That's a new of expression, and nearly a free one... so there will be always deviant and stupid ones but that can be a way of discovering new talents

Some bloggers are very good writers, photographers, painters... , and would never have been known before.

That kind of media also allows direct feedback from any kind of people on your works.

Interesting. If 100% of the asian bloggers were from singapore, the number of bloggers would be 4 mi people. That's a very low number!!!

So for your comparison, that's the tota of bloggers only from the city of Sao Paulo (Brazil)

This means, Asians are NOT turning to blog online yet. I hope this change.
