There's no doubt alcohol leads to giving into temptations for whatever weakness one has. I tend to indulge in the wrong things after drinking and have been cutting back to one or two but no more as well. I had planned on doing Octsober (all of October alcohol free) but haven't been as disciplined as I should have been.

You will fit under the table (they are heigh bar types at Saint's) and disapper. If you order some food before it wiil be eaten.

You are all booked in for Friday 22nd. I'll be there but probably not late as Mrs S is now 14 weeks pregnant with our twins so by 9pm I'm normally running around trying to find her craving supper!
