I did with ....and sign up for the one month premium membership to actively search for roommates. Much easier.

Sorry, seems that this forum doesn't allow the website to be written here.

Anyway, I've PMed you both the URL...

Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with the website. I'm just telling you the medium that I used to find my first place when I first arrived in Singapore, and also my second place where I'm currently living for 2 years and still loving it :) (my second flatmates pretty much kept to themselves, and no friction ever happened with us. All the bills are settled quickly, and we are able to compromise about everything else)

The landlord also doesn't live with us, and isn't so fussy about the place. They just collect rent every beginning of the month, and that's it.

Haha Akimbo, even in your PM the URL is censored. Maybe it works if you put several spaces in between, so the system doesn't recognize it as a URL.

Haha...okay, I just sent it again...you know what to do. If it doesn't work, well...maybe it's not so EASY to find a ROOMMATE here in SG.

The reason for the inability to post certain URL here is due to a legal letter received by this site forbidding the posting of either URLs or cut & pastes from their various news sites (the company owns the main daily paper here - affectionately known here as the daily birdcage liner as that's about all it's really useful for). The ban extends to ANY url / company that they happen to own, so we have to find ways around it, like using the Today paper, New Paper, Media Corp sites and so forth. Otherwise you could cause considerable legal problems for this board.

This is what happens to spammers who use PMs to solicit.

Thanks Max.

Deliberately trying to circumvent our policies on this board will get you banned faster than you can blink. You are now on notice and we'll be watching. The next instance will be your last.
