Need help from Japanese Expats in Singapore

Hi,

I'm a local (Singaporean). I'm looking at buying a Japanese table-top gas stove that has a built-in grill compartment, for my wife. I have checked the internet & only Japan sells this type of stove (it must be a Japanese invention). I think it is a brilliant design for the small kitchen in my flat.

Can I please check if there is any Japanese expats living in SG that has purchased one of these gas stove before? (please see link below)

Can I please ask the following questions, as I don't know how to read Japanese:

1) Does it run on gas only or does it also use electricity for the grill?

2) Can it be plugged into Singapore HDB gas pipes? Are the stove's pipes compatible with Singapore HDB pipes?

3) Is this model good? Japanese products are known for their quality. If it's not good, can you recommend a good one?

4) Have you ordered from the rakuten website before? Does it ship to Singapore?

Looks like it uses standard city gas... aka, methane... although it appears it could also be adapted for LPG.
