Moving to Batam from Singapore- Need a good moving company

Hi,
We bought a house from Batam and plan to move there from Singapore and we would love to take our own furniture's with us. Does anyone know a good moving company that could handle the logistics in Singapore and in Batam.
Would be good to understand weather the container could be brought from Singapore directly to Batam would it need to go via Jakarta? Thanks in adavance. Minke

there are small tramp steamers between Batam and Singapore .. other than the regular ferries
