I too have bought from garden picks and went for the free delivery as well. Service was really good. I haven't tried the fruit and nuts yet.
I bought cranberries, sultanas/golden raisins and usual raisin, prunes and cranberries - this is week2 of soaking it in rum.
I will let you guys know how it turn out later. The nuts and other pretty dried fruit, I will use it to decorate the top of my cakes :D

Yeah, Primrose, I've also been told to get ready for the annual trip to Phoon Huat for Christmas Cake supplies this weekend.

Chip Bee Gardens. I went there 2 weekends ago, for my cake decorations, santa, tree tops etc.

I need a cheapie place to replenish my booze cupboard of rum, baileys and brandy.
This week is week 3 and I am 3quarters through a bottle of a 1litre of Jamaican rum and Baileys

I came across this thread by chance and i totally enjoyed Victoria wholesale market at Kallang. Thanks for recommending!
Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to purchase abalone and nuts as gifts for the new year.

Probably worth a visit would be http://www.honestflvrs.com, though selection is limited to just baked cashews, pistachios and dried lavender flowers.
