selling antiques

Postby munterberg » Wed, 02 Oct 2013 2:32 pm

I want to sell an old family heirloom, a set of daggers, about 1,000 years old. The item was appraised in the past at about three million dollars.

Where to find a buyer for such an antique here in Singapore?

Given how weapons are heavily regulated in Singapore, I don't think you'll easily find a buyer for a set of daggers, more so for an antique set appraised to be 3 million bucks.

You might as well look around the internet and see if anyone else in the world would be interested.

I should mention as well that when the daggers were crafted, they were encrafted with magic. they're supposed to bring their bearer fortune, power and money.

I reckon this might be interesting for those wealthy Chinese businessmen.

The daggers were part of many feuds, and have changed ownership between several leaders many times.

Wow, why don't you keep it then? You will get the fortune, power and money they are supposed to bring.

I'll pass on this one. The last set of daggers I bought that were encrafted with magic didn't work as expected.
Be careful what you wish for

I would be very interested with this if it's socketed and if it comes with +6 attack and +8 fire resistance.

If they are actually one thousand years old, you may rest assured that the big auction houses would love to sell them for you. Do you have providence to prove up your 1000 year claim?
