Service apartment
Hello guys, just want to check is service appartment consider a commercial property? If i owned a service appartment at oversea, can i still apply for the bto from HDB? Hopefully can get an answer from here. =)

Probably depends a bit on the title... if it's a strata title in a hotel style complex it's most likely commercial.
