Tripped on neighbours passageway obstruction, it ended up..
I have a passive aggressive bat shit insane single neighbour who hates us. She decided to build a structure in the passage way. It comprised two shoe stands stacked on top of each other, some pot plants placed precariously across the path. I stupidly tried to weave around it (instead of taking a picture and going around the other way) and the whole thing came crashing down. I ended up trampling the shoe stands which broke trying to get out of it with my two suit cases. I've cleaned up most of the mess (except the pile of dirt but I'll do that later once she starts screaming).
What to do? Is this malicious damage?

Yes a deliberate obstruction - perpendincular to the flow of foot traffic (not along the side). About 1.4 m I think. I couldn't get past her crap so I basically tried to step over it and the whole thing came down.the lynx wrote:She placed those as a boundary between your side and hers? How wide (narrow) is that passageway anyway?
Mmm - not over the railing - that's a criminal offense (you really have forgotten about Singapore mate!).Strong Eagle wrote:Throw everything over the railing and plead ignorance as to what possibly could have happened.
I've pushed it in a heap to the front of her door. I'm expecting a huge row and no doubt she'll call the SPF. However (as JR8 would say) "I'm on the committee".

Well she complains about the cat a lot ("I'm allergic") but fortunately we have no rules in our condo about cats or dogs not being allowed.iloverice wrote:Maybe they jealous because you have Garfield in your house.

I'm more amused by how everything on the planet seems to happen only to PNGMK.

Did you mean potted plants (plants in pots) or is she actually growing pot/marijuana? If she's growing pot in pots call the authorities immediately. You don't want her to stick them outside your door and call the cops and claim they're yours.PNGMK wrote: It comprised two shoe stands stacked on top of each other, some pot plants placed precariously across the path.
I'm intending on doing that actually... I also plan to ask her for her NRIC when she shows up my doorstop so I can 'sue her" but I do plan to spend the $100 with Mr Muzzamil to send her 'cease and desist' letter.x9200 wrote:Why don't you go for a predictive attack and complain to the management on:
