How about e-bay and such or creating your own web page?

Why don't you contact MICA? They are based in the old Police building on the corner of Hill Street, they have galleries there and always seem to have young local artists. Otherwise, it's a hard slog, you certainly won't be welcomed to sell you art on this webpage, like anyone else, this is not for commercial activity.

Try:

Gumtree
Facebook (there are a lot of Singapore sales groups there)
eBay
own webpage

Good Luck!

I think the cafe at La Salle often showcases art work, you could try there. Also, Celina's at Duxton Hill uses local art to decorate the premises and I think it's all for sale, you could try there. Btw google is your friend.
