I don't think it's a keyboard problem at all any more. I've been noticing a lot of double posts. Who knows how many have been caught and deleted by the posters first. I think it's a problem with the server response time and not getting a bounce back from the server that lets us know it was successfully posted. What ever, I get occasionally with both my office PC and the notebook at home as well, even thought the home one does have a crappy keyboard..

Just happened to me today...and I was actually clicking to edit my previous post. After I submitted the updated post, it showed up as a second post...
My thread...The Weekenders If you need my e-mail address, it's in the first post of the thread.

You must have clicked quote instead of edit.

No, Wd40, it's been happening with some regularity lately and with a number of our posters. Unless you happen to go back and read your post after posting it, you may well not know it, as I and some of the other moderators are deleting the duplicate posts when we see them. I deleted one of akimbo's duplicates this morning as a matter of fact.

Jags at Siglap is off to a good start. Been open a little over a month, reasonable prices for alchol and good food.

I find myself at Beercraft at Albert Court, especially on Tuesdays for the live music. The vibe's laid back, the beer's good (well it's craft beer so you do pay for it, but not more than you'd expect for a night out). Or for a more expensive but delicious treat, J-Biru at 313@Somerset, where you get all manner of Japanese beer (and beer generally) plus grilled goodies. Mm!

Haven't been up there for a while and don't want to make a wasted trip.
They will be moving out of the building as the developer will be refurbishing the entire mall. Last day of operation on 3 Nov and they will be reopening at TripleOne Somerset end Nov.

Did you even bother to read this thread? It's already been posted near the top of the page. :???:
