creating group for K-7 Stanford EPGY Open Enrollment program

Hi. In search of an online accelerated math program and stumbled upon EPGY.
I was wondering if there is already an existing group in Singapore for someone interested in Stanford's EPGY Open Enrollment program (K-7).
I'd like to enroll my child in the Open Enrollment program but the minimum is 20 families to create a new group.

(the Open Enrollment program is $135 vs. Instructor program $500/quarter)
