Hello,
Anybody know if there is a suitable gym for bodybuilding in singapore?
by this i mean:
Not overly crowded, especially with personal trainers.
lots of mirrors
machines
weights
Im at fitness first and i cant stand it anymore. Its overly crowded, constant flow of people walkign around you while exercizing, and i lose at least 15 min each time queuing to access a rack or machine.
I found one called "the gym at orchard" but it seems to be closed.
thanks for your help.

Gym suitable for bodybuilding
I used to do bodybuilding, erm best places in Singapore are the really informal ones. Try schools and universities; or make friends with uni students who can get you in. You may also consider some of the local sports clubs, gyms tend not to be that crowded not like those "TONY PERKIS FITNESS one" brand name gyms we dislike.
Check out Fitness Force Gym in Cairnhill Community Centre. It's owned and run by Kevin Chiak, a former Mr. Singapore and is the official gym of the Singapore Bodybuilding Federation. I reckon that gym will tick every one of your boxes.
"Both politicians and nappies need to be changed regularly, and for the same reasons."
check out Khus Fitness, the guy who runs it was 2nd in the nationals last year and has many body builders at his gym.
