Just make sure there is no big stamp saying "entry denied" ..
Can be as easy as that .. when a country refuses entry .. does happen in some south Asian country .. a larges stamp saying "PERMISSION DENIED" and a bunch of papers stapled to the passport (no, I didn't get that lucky )
