
I submitted PR appln on 20 Jul.
Yesterday my landlord just gave me this ICA letter dated 30 Aug, asking me to complete and return the attached form within 2 weeks. The form requires detailed full curriculum vitae of my family members. (I think this one is quite standard right? Anyone received the same thing before?)
I have a few questions here regarding the form:
1, Can anyone let me know what's the difference between designation and rank? can give one or two examples? sorry for my bad english..Can I just N.A. the rank?
2, Say if my mom changed job twice, should i squeeze all the 3 job info in one row for her or should i state them separately?
3, what is the best way to return the form? Should i go to ICA PR service counter to return in person? cos I dun really trust fax or post...
