Looks to me like this happened in Malaysia, probably somewhere around KL, given the license plate of the car.

It looks like the driver was female. If that's the case, a lot of female drivers have been advised not to stop their vehicles under any circumstance (especially in staged accidents), in the height of robbery-cum-rape (or maybe -cum-murder) in recent months in Selangor.

I don't know, but I think for this accident, she was the one who hit the motorcyclist and she ought to stop.

The speed she whipped around that corner I would be surprised if she even saw what country she was in.

The thing that makes me think is why is that dash-cam car is pointing the wrong way if it's about to head into that one-way street.

And you've got to love the other guy on the bike: "Ok, coast is clear, off we go".

Wonder who will pay for the damages to the car with the dashcam. The motorcycle slide into the front end of it. You can seen the movement of the camera on impact. Would the motorcyclist be liable?
