ICA officer at Tuas checkpoint faces 35 charges under Prevention of Corruption Act for granting VPs to foreigners in return for monetary gains in return for granting VP to Filipino and Vietnamese women for their stay in Singapore.

More corruption ? From my point of view, I would say the courage to expose corrupt officials, is warrants kudos, though all know it is revealed by Official Media, vs other countries where corrupt officials are weeded out by Snooping/independent media ..and official media are pretty much silent ..

Nak, I think a lot is from my home PC. I had to replace my old notebook and the new one is loaded with Windows 8 and a really sucky keyboard, although it is happening on my keyboard here at the office as well. Will dying batteries in a wireless desktop keyboard cause those types of problems? If so, guess maybe I'll give that a try as it's startin' to aggravate me a bit.

Possible; with a weak signal, receiver receives an error and prompts a resend. But the previous transmission got through anyway.
