My favorites are My Little Spanish Place and Bomba. Both of them, have great paella (in my opinion). I like Sabio for the ambience and feel.

Catalunya behind the Fullerton Bay Hotel is amazing too! And with a great view on the waterfront facing Marina Bay Sands :)

Yeah, if you are looking for good Spanish food, you definitely want to check out Catalunya.

Don Quijote at Dempsey. Authentic, albeit pricey Spanish fare. I highly recommend the squid ink paella, as well as the patatas bravas.
