Hello! There is a huge number of flower shops and online flower shops in Singapore! PLEASE tell which of them are elite and prestigious and are focused on expats?

Frankly, I don't think any are focused on Expats. Most are focused on flowers.

Strange request, coming from 'Russia with love'?

I am an expat and I find most of the local flower shops too damned expensive, I agree with Hanieroo, expats choice - Cold Storage....

Tip: Whatever you do, ask to take off one of those stocking jobbies from one flower before you buy that bunch of roses you like, because chances are that straight-jacket is the main reason the petals are nicely bunched up like that. Peel it off and the petals will be splaying out like no tomorrow, meaning your enjoyment of that bunch will likely be short-lived.
