If you aren't happy with your breasts, try a push-up bra or water bra. If your boobs still aren't high enough, buy extra padding to stuff in the bra pockets. It's better than having implants rupture or roll under your arms when you go to bed at night.

Push-up bra or water bra sounds like something I may try one day but my wife may find it a bit weird.
