Place to repair jogging stroller?

Does anybody know of a place, preferably in the East, that repairs jogging strollers?
Mine pulls to one side but I've been using it anyway, and recently the tires have gone flat. I've tried to adjust it myself but no luck.
I've called some bike shops and was told they don't fix jogging strollers. Any recommendations on businesses anywhere in Sg would be great. Thanks.
