Too right. The other day I tried a little mini-pack of chocky poopie poops or whatever they're called. The pack says it's "brimming with natural goodness", but, yeah, you may as well scoop in spoonfuls of sugar, because it's just ridiculously sweet.

I've just been buying cereal from the supermarkets and having that - but curious to know if anyone has weird and wonderful breakfast habits, because I really love breakfast....and cereal just ain't cutting it anymore
When it comes to eating, Singaporeans are known for their varied tastes:

Breakfast can range from coffee ,toast and half-boiled eggs to noodles.
Some even eat pizza....so. :-|

A soul mate. I quit four years ago and still crave cigarettes in the morning.

I drink a litre of milk. With six spoonfulls of instant coffee in it. Followed by a triple shot latte. Can't really face food before 11.

Banana, instant porridge, homemade cardamom tea and an earful from the missus.

Just got the results of my health screening.
My Blood Triglycerides(FAT) is very high. It should be less than 150 and it is 222. Cholestrol Ratio should be <4.5 and mine is 5.6.

I have been advised to excercise more and to reduce carbs and fat. The fact that I am a vegetarian doesn't help. 70% of my food is rice :( Need to do something.

Yathink? :P

Maybe you should get another bike--one that requires human muscle action to power it instead of dinosaurs (or electricity).
